We want you to be satisfied with our Services, and we aim to handle every refund request fairly, promptly, and transparently.
1. Full Refund Before Work Begins
If you cancel your purchase before we have begun work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that Service. "Before work begins" means before we have started research, planning, production, configuration, or any other substantive work on your deliverables.
To qualify, simply contact us at support@theinfusionagency.com with your cancellation request as soon as possible after purchase.
2. Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If you cancel after work has begun but before the completed deliverable has been delivered, we will refund the portion of your payment that corresponds to work not yet performed, at our reasonable discretion. We will retain a fair amount reflecting the time, labor, and resources already devoted to your project, and any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as advertising spend or licensed assets). We will provide a clear explanation of any amount retained.
3. Revisions Before Refund
Our goal is your satisfaction with the final deliverable. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you first to request revisions in accordance with the revision terms of your order. We will work with you in good faith to bring the deliverable in line with the agreed scope before a refund is considered. Revisions are intended to address work within the originally agreed scope; requests that materially change the scope are treated as additional work.
4. Completed and Delivered Digital Deliverables
Because our Services result in digital and professional deliverables that cannot be returned once provided, refunds are generally not available once a completed digital deliverable has been delivered to you, except as required by applicable law. Delivery occurs when the final deliverable is made available to you electronically (for example, by download link, shared folder, email, or through the relevant platform).
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived, and we will honor any refund that is legally required.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Our Services are professional efforts and do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as particular traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, sales, or return on investment. Dissatisfaction with business results that are outside our control is not, by itself, a basis for a refund of a completed and delivered deliverable. Refunds relate to the delivery and quality of the Services performed, not to market outcomes.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@theinfusionagency.com with:
- Your name and the business or account name used for the purchase;
- The order or transaction reference (or the approximate purchase date and amount);
- The Service purchased; and
- A brief description of the reason for your request.
7. Response Time and Processing
- We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days.
- We will review and provide a decision within seven (7) business days of receiving all necessary information.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method, typically within five (5) to ten (10) business days of approval. The exact time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We are committed to working with you in good faith to address any legitimate issue.
